Accommodation

WBS can arrange accommodation for its international applicants prior to their arrival in Hungary, and an accommodation certificate is issued for the visa interview in each case.

After having received a visa, however, it is very important, to notify the school of the arrival date in order to smoothly activate reservations.

Flight Pick-up Service

Students need to inform school about their arrival details at least 1 week before the flight, by filling the airport pickup request form link - https://forms.gle/yg751AQquHjE5DxVA

After school book the service from mini BUD company, students will receive the confirmation letter sent by school, and need to print out the letter and show at arrival at the mini BUD counter in the airport.

If Flight got cancel, than please inform WBS in advance.
